After ten years of guiding trips in Africa, he decided to apply his skills and extensive knowledge of wildlife to the creation of an ethical, authentic travel company. His wildlife identification and behavioural interpretation skills are an unparalleled asset to the team, as is his easy manner and ability to connect with both guests and our African hosts. Les has a long-standing connection to the Samburu people, and has become deeply involved in educational opportunities, community outreach, and project development. Tusker Adventure Travel is founded on the relationship between Les and our Samburu guide, Tilas.
